- 2 week feeding diary to be completed prior to your appointment. (See free printable version below)
- 1 hour session with Dr. Jennifer Prince reviewing the current diet, eating times and challenges as well as issues of concern.
- Creating a new feeding plan to execute and track for 2 weeks to review during the follow up appointment. At that time Dr. Prince will discuss changes and improvements and monitor growth and development. (Minimum 2 follow up appointments for optimal results).
